    HCS PARENT NOTICES, May 20, 2008

    HERITAGE FOR THE FUTURE GOLF & WALK CLASSIC:

    Parents, we had a great day of golf yesterday at Bell Nob.  We
    appreciate all those who played golf and sent out sponsorship
    letters. We also appreciate our major corporate sponsors, Powder
    River Heating and Air Conditioning and Precision Well Service.  
    Thanks also to Peregrine Leadership Institute for sponsoring our
    Hole-in-One contest.  Tomorrow is the Walk-a-Thon at Cam-Plex
    Park.  We are praying for good weather.  The kids will definitely have
    a great time.

    For both the adults and your students, there is still time to send out
    sponsorship letters to friends, family, and co-workers.  If you have
    already sent out letters, you can increase participation by simply
    calling and making sure they received your letter.  Statistics indicate
    that you can achieve a 50% increase in giving by making a phone
    call.

    Remember, this fundraiser is vital for meeting our financial needs.
    Fundraising helps keep the cost of tuition affordable.  We count on
    every family doing their part!

    If you haven’t logged in to complete your parent survey, please do
    so before school is out.  We would like to have this information
    available for a seminar we are planning to help us prepare for the
    beginning of school this fall.  Your input will help the Board and
    staff make good decisions for the future of the school.
